a-1-steak-sauceA.1. it’s an American typical sauce for meat. Original created in 1824 by Henderson William Brand, a cooker for King Jorge IV from United Kingdom. Legend says that the king christened “A1” because he considered it the first of the sauces.

Initially sold in the United Kingdom, it’s introduced in United States and Canada in the final of the century XIX where it earned fame has a sauce ideal of the meat, becoming essential its presence in barbecues.

A.1. it’s a thick sauce, seasoned with a robust blend of spices and seasonings and it’s great when it is served with any kind of meat, birds, seafood and grilled vegetables. Enhances the flavor of stews, sauces and casseroles.
