Aspall is a family business established in 1728 by Clement Chevallier, who planted the first orchards in “Aspall Hall”, Suffolk in the United Kingdom.
Clement Chevallier brought from his homeland to Suffolk, the art of making ciders with mixtures of various apples. Clement’s Four is a classic example of this technique. In this recipe three varieties of apples are used: Bittersweets, dessert and culinary apples. Clement’s Four has a gentle fruit taste with fragrant wood overtones, and the aroma of spring flowers.
