Aspall Raw Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar is fermented from the juice of a special blend of organic apples and is unfiltered to retain the natural living enzymes that develop during fermentation and are known as the mother. Dilute 15ml Raw Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar in 300ml water to consume on a daily basis. Can also be used in dressings and marinades.
Organic cyder vinegar. Acidity: 5%.
Store in a cool, dark place.
A sediment will settle at the bottom of the bottle. Shake before use.
Suggested dilution: 15ml vinegar + 300ml water.
Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
