It’s great for salad dressings, pasta and marinades for meat. Or, to try something different, why not spread a little on strawberries and raspberries to enhance their flavour ?!
Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
Ideal for use on dishes that need a few or no cooking at all, such as salad dressings. It blends particularly well with tomato-based dishes and is often used in Italian cuisine, especially in pasta sauces. For best result, should one be added at the end of cooking.
