Green curry is a Thai recipe that in addition to a main protein, traditionally fish, meat or fish balls, contains other ingredients such as coconut milk, green curry paste, palm sugar and fish sauce. Thai eggplant, peas, or other green or whitish vegetables and even fruits are often included.
This paste will allow you to cook the hottest Thai curries.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 weeks.
Spread, spoon or mix with extra oil for instant intense flavour.
Spoon directly into the oil before you cook your meat or curry.
