Chermoula or charmoula is a marinade characteristic of Algerian, Libyan, Moroccan and Tunisian cuisine.
This Belazu”s Chermoula paste is made with fresh coriander and hand-picked parsley, blended with other traditional Mediterranean ingredients, including Belti Preserved Lemons, for a warm, intense flavour with a hint of citrus. Brush onto meat or fish for a flavour punch.
Sunflower oil, preserved lemons (24%), onions, capers, fresh coriander (4%), fresh parsley, salt, cumin (2%), garlic puree, dried coriander, red chilli, spices.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Used to flavour fish or seafood, it can also be used in meats or vegetables.
