The Japanese Yuzu Vinegar from Belberry is an extremely fruity yuzu vinegar with the juice of the Japanese citrus fruit yuzu. Its intense citrus aroma is somewhere between lime and tangerine.
The interesting fruit vinegar Japanese Yuzu Vinegar is suitable for drinks, poultry sauces, marinades of fish and seafood and for desserts such as quark dishes, fruit salads and sorbets. But of course with all leaf salads too. The yuzu vinegar can also be wonderfully combined with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Vinegar (60%), yuzu juice (24%), powdered sugar (sugar, glucose syrup), thickener: modified starch.
Refrigerate after opening.
This vinegar is an excellent accompaniment to Asian dishes, fish dishes.
Shake well before use.
