Pakora is also called pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji, bhaji or ponako, is a fried snack originating from the Indian subcontinent.
Pakoras are created by choosing one or two main ingredients, such as onion, eggplant, potato, spinach, plantain, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, or chili pepper, fish, or chicken. They are dipped in a batter made from gram flour and then deep-fried.
This delicious Chicken Pakora are stuffed with Chicken bhajis, cooked with fresh onions, coriander and mixed spices and held in a light fluffy batter.

Keep frozen bellow -18ºC. Do not re-freeze.
Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F.
Remove all packaging. Place prodcuts onto baking tray.
Cook in the middle of the oven for approximately 10-12
minutes turning once.
For best results cook from frozen.
