The marron-glacé, also called glaçada, is an exquisite sweet criated by Italians and consecrated by the French cuisine. Cardelion’s Marron-Glacé is prepared based on the traditional recipe, which the nuts are confected in a sugar syrup through a thorough and time-consuming process after being cooked and peeled. Once ready, they are carefully selected and packaged individually in a neat and refined way.

Chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid (330), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
