This egg paste from Cipriani has all the characteristics of a fresh paste of high-quality, is made in 2-3 minutes and if preserved the correct way has a shelf life of 24 months.
Ingredients:
Durum WHEAT semolina (GLUTEN), EGGS (25%).

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Boil for 2 minutes in 5 liters of salted water. Drain very well and season to taste.
Usage Suggestions:
Perfect when dressed simply with butter and parmesan or gratinated with a bit of cooked ham.
