Made with pork fat, herbs and spices and red peppers, that give it a strong spice and a characteristic red colour.

Nduja in varying proportions (65%) [pork fat, pork, chillies (25%), salt (3%)], olive oil.
After opened keep refrigerated.
From burratas to seafood or pizza, it goes well with anything and can match with any type of pasta.
It is delicious on slices of toasted bread, preferably still hot, fried or roasted as a base for a tomato and garlic sauce. It can also be consumed in slices of semi-mature cheeses and even to enter in composition of omelettes.
