Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Cut 150 g of chicken breast into thin strips.
In a bowl mix two cloves of garlic (crushed) with 1 teaspoon yellow cilantro paste, 60 ml coconut milk, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Marinate the chicken with this mixture for 30 minutes.
Stick the strips of chicken on bamboo skewers.
Bake in the oven or in a large skillet.
