deSIAM Spicy Sirach Red Chili Sauce, is a spicy blend of red chilli and garlic. A delicious table sauce to go with roast beef and kebabs.

Water, chilli 12%, garlic 12%, vinegar, sugar, fructose syrup, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid, thickener: modified corn starch, stabilizer: xanthan gum, colour: paprica extract.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Hit an egg.
Add 60 g shrimp, ½ carrot (in slices), 2 tomatoes (in quarters and without seeds), ½ onion (in slices). Mix well.
Add 200 g of cooked rice and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve with lemon wedges and deSIAM Spicy Sriracha Red Chili Sauce.
