deSIAM Sweet Chilli Thai Sauce is a moderate spicy blend of red chilli and garlic. It is the perfect sauce for the spring rolls.

Water, sugar, red chilli 10%, garlic 7%, salt, thickener: modified tapioca starch, acidity regulator: acetic acid, stabilizer: xanthan gum.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Cut 20g of carrots into sticks.
Cut finely 20g of cabbage, 2 celery, 20g of mushrooms.
Sauté chopped garlic.
Add 30 g of chicken (chopped) and stir until slightly overcooked.
Add the carrots and cabbage.
Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, sugar and pepper.
Sauté until cooked.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Reserve until cool.
Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture into sheets of rice dough.
Add the ends, wrap well and close with egg yolk.
Fry the rolls in oil (180 ° C) for 3 minutes.
