Empanadas can be served hot or cold. Each Argentine province has its own variety of empanadas, various pasta recipes, fillings and repulgues (closing edge). The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, which literally means to wrap or wrap in bread.

Storage:
Keep under refrigeration. Once opened must be consuimed in 48h. In freezer is retained up to 12 months, after the expiration date. Thaw in the refrigerator 24h before use, ín close container. Once thawed do not refreeze.
