It is produced with black preserved olives and flavored with the flavors of the Riviera. The olives are removed from the core and their pulp is finely ground: adding extra virgin olive oil, it becomes a pasty and creamy pate. Suitable for preparing snacks, canapés and snacks: it is the ideal sauce for spaghetti.
