Like the Pink Salt of the Himalayas, the Blue Salt of Persia is a rock salt from the land and not from the sea. Only a few crystals of the blue salt are blue, this color is due to its concentration of silvinite also called potassium chloride.
May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery, and gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume within 12 months of opening.
