The Tandoori spice blend is a mild blend, ideal for roast poultry, you can also combine it with cottage cheese to make a sauce. Traditionally, Tandoori is prepared in a marinade with yogurt covered with olive oil, which must rest for 3 hours before going through the tandoor, the famous Indian oven.
Sweet pepper, garlic, hot chilli, thyme, coriander, salt (5%), cumin, black pepper, caraway, rosemary, laurel, various mixed spices.
May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery, and gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume within 12 months of opening.
