Sichuan pepper originates from the province of the same name Sichuan, a mountainous region in China. It is called pepper but in fact it is a berry that has the characteristic of anesthetizing the tongue, that is, leaving a small tingling after being consumed.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, consume within 12 months.
