Menier Chocolate was a chocolate-making company founded in 1816, when chocolate was used as a medicine and was only part of the business in general.
It was the first factory of mass production of cacao in France and quickly the company expanded reaching the world leader in the manufacture of chocolate for cooking.
Menier 70% Dark Cooking Chocolate was specially created for the confection of cakes and desserts.
