Minerva preserves are produced with fresh fish, manually selected and prepared to surprise the most demanding palate.
The garfish has a soft texture and a white colour with a delicate flavour which makes it a fish suitable for sashimi. This Minerva garfish is not raw, but rather cooked through a traditional method, the pre-cooked method, through which the fish is steamed before being canned. Only in this way it is possible to offer a superior quality and flavour unequalled to the final product.
