Aioli is a typical French culinary sauce, original from Provence, made traditionally in a mortar, the garlic is crushed together with egg yolks, salt, pepper and oil. It’s similar to mayonnaise, but traditionally it does not carry vinegar or mustard. To give it an even more special touch, try adding a few drops of lemon to taste.

Sunflower oil, garlic paste (garlic, salt, acid: citric acid), salt, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated.
Ideal as a sauce of chips, to go with raw or cooked vegetables, meats, fish and seafood (with the exception of oysters and sea urchins), snails fried Green Beans etc. The aioli goes well with everything, even with a piece of bread!
