Milk, Porcini mushrooms and summer truffle are the ingredients that make up this Porcini Truffle Cream. It is very concentrated, ideal to dilute with oil, butter or cream.
Ingredients:
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 73%, MILK, CREAM (MILK), bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum) 3%, BUTTER (MILK), Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, onions, carrots, potato starch, salt, pepper, flavours.

Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening (+4°C) and use within 3 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Recommendations for use: use one teaspoon per person, mixing with a little olive oil, butter or cream
Usage Suggestions:
To dress risotto, gnocchi, pasta, meat fillets, egg and potato recipes. Delicious also for filling crepes and pastry shells.
