The salt stone can be used in several ways: to cut food, as a decoration board or as a board for grilling food.

– On the barbecue or gas stove: place the salt stone decorated with your meat, fish or vegetables, directly over the flame.
After use, allow the salt stone to reach room temperature. Naturally antiseptic, the salt stone does not require any special maintenance. Simply wash with clean water, rub if necessary and then wipe with a clean cloth. Make sure the stone is dry before storing it.

Thanks to it’s chemical properties, the plate doesnt’t need to be washed with soap. Just rinse, scrub if necessary and rinse again before drying it with cloth.
