The glucose syrup is ideal for confectionery, sweets and ice cream. Added to sugar during cooking, it slows down crystallization and makes it more malleable. It can be used to make chunks of sweet point sugar, nougat, salted butter caramels, marshmallows … It can also be used for the preparation or topping of your homemade cakes.
