The preparation of duck foie gras is an old tradition in the region of the French Southwest. The foie gras “Recipe à l’Ancienne” is carefully chosen and seasoned only with salt and pepper as per the traditional recipe.

Duck foie gras, water, salt, Armagnac, pepper, sugar.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
After cooling, remove the product from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
Can be savored with truffles or liqueurs. It is commonly served accompanied by breads or toasts. It is often served with a dessert wine, although many people prefer it with dry wine. It can be accompanied by a salad.
