Marshmallow crème is a marshmallow confectionery spread similar to regular solid marshmallow, debuted in 1918 in Massachusetts, just a year after marshmallow crème was invented.
Similar in flavour, but not texture and appearance, is used to make the New England classic comfort food, the Fluffernutter sandwich.
This Marshmallow Fluff keeps the original recipe since 1918.
Corn syrup, sugar, dehydrated EGG white, flavor.

For starters: mix with 125gr of cream cheese or fresh with 1 pack of fluff.
Do not place the carton in the microwave.
Great for toasts, bread, muffins and ice cream toppings adding a little water until you get the desired consistency.
