Lizi\u2019s Gluten Free Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made with gluten free oats, nuts and seeds. Ideal for coeliac and all those looking for a gluten-free diet.
\nAll the Lizi’s granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. A single 50g serving should keep you going until lunchtime and avoid the mid morning cravings that come with so many other cereals.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Gluten free OAT flakes 62%, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, seeds 6% (pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed), nuts 6% (CASHEW NUT pieces, HAZELNUTS pieces, ALMOND pieces, WALNUT pieces) fructose, black treacle, chicory fiber.<\/p>\n
