The gomasio is a condiment essentially composed by sesame and salt, much appreciated in the Japanese cuisine. It is also an important alternative to salt because it does not produce the harmful effects of salt.
\nThis Terre Exotique Gomasio Black Sesame contains Roasted Golden Sesame with Umeboshi plums and fleur de sel d\u2019Ifaty.
\nRoasting gives spices grilled aromas and toasted notes similar to caramel and hazelnut. The roasting process is slow and gentle in order to develop the spices’ delicate aromas fully. The spices selected by Terre Exotique have been dry roasted by hand without oil at a constant temperature.
