To always have the unmistakeable aroma and taste of white truffle with you, Eataly has selected this extraordinary extra virgin olive oil condiment with white truffle just for you. The olives used to create this oil are harvested by hand and processed in an antique oil mill near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria respecting the highest standards of quality. This condiment has a beautiful green colour with golden hues and reveals an aroma of almonds, flowers and fresh fruits. Without allergens or GMO, you will be getting an intense taste and loyal tradition!
\nAs their name suggests, summer truffles are harvested earlier than burgundy truffles, from May to August. They are most often found in the southern part of the distribution area of the species, notably in the Mediterranean climate areas of France, Italy and Spain.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Extra virgin olive oil 99%, dehydrated Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 0,15% (same as 0,75% of fresh truffle), flavour.<\/p>\n

Storage:<\/h4>\n

Keep in a cool dry place. Consume within 30 days from opening.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

Recommended dosage: \u00bd teaspoon in preparation, 1 teaspoon to season.<\/p>\n
