Product Description<\/h4>\n

The truffle from Piedmont meets the precious saffron from \u201cMancha\u201d for a tasty and sophisticated first course.
\nThe \u201cTartufissima Pasta\u201d began in 1990, thanks to the experience and culinary imagination of Beppe, chef and founder of Tartuflanghe. This home-made pasta has an extraordinary texture given by the hand-made shape, a high percentage of truffle and a great quantity of eggs which enhances the truffle flavour.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%, powdered saffron 0,05%, flavours.<\/p>\n

Allergens:<\/h4>\n

See ingredients in UPPER CASE. May contain traces of soya.<\/p>\n

Storage:<\/h4>\n

Keep in a cool and dry place.<\/p>\n

Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n

bring 2 litres of water to boil adding the salt. Add the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until \u201cal dente\u201d or still firm. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan.<\/p>\n

Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Combine the pasta and melted butter or olive oil and toss over medium heat for about one minute. Add the grated Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately.<\/p>\n
