This cooking is done  on a traditional pot, to obtain beautiful duck confit, slightly golden, with soft flesh that melts in the mouth.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<p>Confit duck Leg 55%, duck fat, salt.<\/p>\n<h4>Storage:<\/h4>\n<p>Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation Suggestion:<\/h4>\n<p>Remove the duck Legs from the can and drain the excess fat (this fat can be stored for cooking). In a very hot pan, place the legs to fry, first on the side of the skin.
