All the amino acids existing in living cells were found in pollen, as well as one of the richest ranges of vitamins of biological origin, proteins, lipids, sugars and mineral salts.<\/p>\n

For all this set of multiple elements, which act in a wonderful and perfect synergy, pollen has been, for centuries, considered an extraordinary food in nature.
\nNevis puts at your disposal the pollen in granules which is collected at the entrance of the hive in the \u201cpollen catcher\u201d, it is dried and kept away from moisture and light until packaged.<\/p>\n
