\nIn addition to being tasty, this forbidden rice has a high nutritional value (rich in essential amino acids, antioxidants, fibres and minerals).

Pour 120g of rice into 240ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes. Stir ans season to taste.<\/p>\n
