Grown and cured on Madagascar Island, each vanilla pod is manually selected for its freshness and fragrance. The full, sweet, creamy and smooth flavour with velvety after tones is long lasting and found in both pods and seeds. Start by flattening the pod with the back of a knife. Then, split the pod lengthways, with the tip of a sharp knife. Scrape the vanilla seeds carefully out of the pod to use them in your recipes. Don\u2019t throw away the empty pod! Infuse it in milk or cream and use in your desserts. Our tip: pop the vanilla pod in a pot of sugar for a deliciously flavoured sugar.<\/p>\n
