Rinse each shell, put a knob of prepared butter, then a snail in each shell and cover with more butter. Place in a pre-heated oven and serve when the butter begin to boil.<\/p>\n
Butter Preparation: (for 3 dozen) Butter 150g, Shallot 15g, Chopped Parsley 15g, Chopped Garlic (10g), salt, pepper and spices to taste. Finely chop the shallot and garlic and add the parsley. Mix with butter and add pepper and spices to taste.<\/p>\n
