For over 40 years we have been making condiments which we are proud to serve on our own tables. The best way to do this is to make them in the same manner as homemade; with natural, fresh ingredients, handmade in small batches. We even grind our own mustard from whole seed and spices. We know the origins of all of our ingredients and, where possible, source them locally.
In addition to the best ingredients, we have very experienced cooks. Having made these condiments for such a long time, our chefs treat the cooking process as they would in their own kitchen…just in bigger pans. Their expertise and knowledge allow them to get the products just right every time (using fresh ingredients means that we need to allow for variations - for example, fruit and vegetables may carry more or less liquid and the chutneys may have to be simmered a little bit longer to get that "just right" texture).
