Tartuflanghe created Bistrot75 to pay homage to the culinary traditions of Piedmont.

Bistrot75 is a new line inspired by the Bistrot menu of the historic Restaurant “Da Beppe”, founded in Alba by the Montanaro family where, in addition to the famous truffle dishes, there were many delicious classic recipes from Piedmont. Tartuflanghe created Bistrot75 to pay homage to the culinary traditions of Piedmont. Combining their historic truffle-free recipes with the most iconic Italian dishes. The aim was to create a varied journey between the Regions and celebrate Italian gastronomy.

Tartuflanghe was founded in 1980 to exploit both Beppe’s experience and creativity. The company’s name came from an intuition Domenica had: she combined the Italian word for truffle with the name of the original territory of this precious tuber, the province of Langhe. The first truffle specialty was created to give people the opportunity to taste truffles out of season. In 1990 the first Truffle Pasta in the world was created in the Tartuflanghe laboratory: “Tartufissima”. Since then the brand has grown with many other truffle-based products prepared by Beppe from genuine recipes that are inspired by traditional Piedmontese cuisine.
