The “Tex-Mex Pork” recipe brings multiple flavors of Mexico and the southern United States to the table with tomato compote and piquillo chips.
Flavours at the heart of the recipe. The products are cooked for a long time to release all their flavors. Meats are browned for hours, to give them a candied, spreadable texture with good fiber. We then delicately incorporate carefully selected vegetables, spices and herbs.

Storage:
After opening, store in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
