This delicious caramel recipe is a specialty of La Maison d”Armorine and dates back to 1946. The confectioners emulsify cane sugar and Guérande salt butter in an old copper cauldron, as only the accumulated knowledge over sixty years knows how to do.
These caramels melt deliciously in the mouth! An irresistible sugar and salt mixture!
Perfect as a gift, “Au Beurre Salé” Caramels are sold by Socilink in 50g wooden boxes but also in 50g cardboard boxes and in elegant 150 gram tins.
