Brava salsa, also known as bravo sauce, is a Spanish recipe of spicy sauce. Salsa Brava sauce is present in almost all Spanish bars and restaurants, accompanied by the traditional bowl of French fries.
It is the protagonist of the popular recipe of patatas bravas, which consists in accompanying boiled potatoes in this sauce.
Ingredients:
Tomato purée, sunflower oil, sugar, wine vinegar, sweetcorn, salt, water, onion powder, spices, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
Allergens:
May contain traces of Soy.
Storage:
Store in a refrigerator after opening. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Usage Suggestions:
To accompany chips, an appetizer or quick snack.
