Ideal for a gourmet and original aperitif, this wafers are made from selected ingredients. The flour, butter and eggs come from the Hauts de France region.
Comté cheese comes mainly from Franche-Comté. Its 6-month maturation provides a subtle flavor. It takes more than 300g of real Comté with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) to make one kilo of crackers. When incorporating the cheese, a pinch of pepper is added to discreetly enhance the flavor of this noble cheese.
