Ice cream with condensed milk and biscuit

Did your mouth water just looking at this dessert? It’s normal! It’s ice cream, and it joins condensed milk and biscuit, can you imagine the taste? And the best of all is that besides being a quick dessert to prepare, you only need 4 ingredients to make it! A fresh dessert ideal for a special day.

Preparation Method

  1. Beat the cream with the mixer until it doubles in volume, then add 1 tin of condensed milk and beat again.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into the previous mixture. Place a spring form on a plate, spread half the cream on the bottom, and smooth it with a spatula.
  3. Set aside some biscuits for decoration and crush the rest of the cream in the mold. Cover with the remaining cream and smooth it out.
  4. Pour the remaining condensed milk on the surface, leaving a small margin all around, spread well and place in the freezer until it solidifies. Before serving, remove the ice cream and leave it in the fridge for a few minutes to soften. Decorate with the remaining crumbled biscuits.
