Product Description
Fettuccine belongs to the family of long flat pasta types. This type of pasta is very versatile and therefore suitable to be eaten with different sauces. The origin of this shape, which is present and popular throughout Italy, sometimes under different names, is unclear. Fettuccine’s homeland is likely Lazio, where it is the star of regional cuisine. Fettuccine is very versatile and therefore suitable for pairing with a variety of condiments. It is particularly recommended for dry pasta recipes with tomato-based sauces and meat ragu.
