Penne with Artichokes and Sausages

A perfect pasta for any occasion.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the artichokes for four minutes with olive oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Drizzle with wine, put in the oven, and add the parsley.
  3. Chop the sausage and cook separately. Drain off the fat, and add the roasted artichokes, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the Penne Rigate in plenty of salted water, sauté with the artichoke and sausage sauce, and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano.
