Smoked Olive Oil “Finca La Barca” is an olive oil made from the variety of Arbequina olives. It is smoked according to the traditional method of the region of “La Vera”, with oak wood, in a process of more than 15 days. The smoke gives the Olive Oil some nuances of smoke that will transport it to a new dimension of taste and aroma.
