Stuffed Potato

Do potatoes and mincemeat have to end up in a pie? Not always. Try this original, easy and very tasty recipe for potato stuffed with minced meat.


Preparation Method

  1. Start by washing the potatoes very well; rub them with olive oil and put them in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for at least 40 minutes.
  2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf, and two tablespoons of beer: mash well and leave to rest.
  3. Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a low frying pan in a good drizzle of olive oil until they turn golden; add the meat and as soon as it comes to a boil add the beer.
  4. Once the potatoes are ready, cut them open with a knife and scoop out the potato flesh; mix with the meat, spinach, and cheddar cheese and fill the potatoes again.
  5. Brush the potatoes with olive oil and return them to the oven to just brown.
  6. Be extremely happy eating!
