Preparation Method

  1. Sauté the chicken in olive oil and set aside;
  2. In the same sauté pan add the remaining olive oil and sauté the mushrooms;
  3. Add the garlic and fry until golden brown;

  5. Add the chicken and the cream with chicken stock;
  6. Let boil for 2min;
  7. Add the tortiglioni and finish with parsley.
