Fusilli with Pesto

Prepare a simple and very tasty meal. Cook the fusilli pasta, add tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives, cover everything with the pesto sauce, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, and serve.

  1. Cook the pasta in water seasoned with salt, according to the instructions on the package.
  2. When the pasta is cooked, drain and place in a salad bowl. Add the pesto and mix.
  3. Add the halved tomatoes, the chopped onion, the mini mozzarellas, the olives, and some chopped basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
