Quail Eggs Stuffed with Cod Liver

Stuffed quail eggs is a simple and easy dish to cook. Fancy some decor and guests will be delighted with your new culinary masterpiece.

Preparation Method

  1. Place the quail eggs in cold, salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs under running water, peel, cut gently, and remove the yolk.
  3. Separate the cod liver from the oil, mix with the egg yolks and mash with a fork.
  4. Chop the capers and add them to the stuffing, add pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff the quail eggs, and connect the halves with a toothpick or skewer.
  6. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate and string them on skewers.
  7. Place the stuffed eggs on the plate, and decorate with mushrooms, olives, or pieces of salmon.
